These processes are managed by ALL BLACKS INTERIORS in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 and EN ISO 14001:1996 International Standards.

Top level Process (Figure1) defines processes needed for the Quality and Environmental management System referred above, which includes processes for management activities, provision of resources, product and service realization, environmental aspects identification, measuring and control, and measurement, analysis and improvement.
